Support ContractsOnsite Labor Support Contracts are available in blocks of 10 hours minimum. Support Contracts are written customer specific to meet your expectations. Support Contracts offer a discounted labor rate.Preventative Maintenance Support Contracts are available for software and hardware. Preventative maintenance will be scheduled once per quarter to ensure your solution will maintain its integrity. Service requests outside of the contract realm will be susceptible to additional charges.

Standard Priced ServicesStandard Labor Rate Onsite fee includes first hour of service then per hour thereafter (rates vary by location, contact us for a price quote). Microsoft Windows Services $650 for 03, or 08 Server Installation and configuration. $65 for XP, Vista, 7, installation and configuration.Data Recovery Service $25 to Diagnose $225 for Recovery, $25 diagnostic fee applied to recovery rate.
